Vedic Yoga

Vedic Yoga acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we practice and teach, the Boonwurrung People of the Kulin Nation. We pay our deepest respects to their Elders, past and present. We also honor the wisdom of the East—its people and cultures—for preserving and passing down the teachings that we are privileged to study and share with our communities.
