Trika Hatha Yoga Training & Immersion
February – May 2026 | In-Person & Online | 9 Weekend Immersion
A Haṭha Yoga Teacher Training Rooted in Lineage, Love & Liberation
This is not just a teacher training.
It is a call to remember who you truly are.
Join Kristian and Nataraj on this Haṭha Yoga Teacher training, as we walk the Sacred Path of Practice, Presence, and Transmission.
Rooted in classical Haṭha Yoga and illuminated by the nondual vision of Tantra, this training invites you on a transformational journey of Ātma-vyāpti (absorption into the Self) and Śiva-vyāpti (expansion into all that is).
Through posture, breath, mantra, meditation, and inquiry, you will explore the paradoxes of embodiment—form and formlessness, effort and surrender, stillness and movement, shadow and light.
Each weekend is a sacred offering:
• Friday nights open with pūjā, and lively wisdom talks, honoring the living stream of the lineage
• Saturdays are immersed in practice, philosophy, and teaching methods
• Sundays invite integration, reflection, and experiential depth
We honor the full spectrum of yogic wisdom—bhakti, jñāna, karma, and rāja yoga—not as separate paths, but as interwoven streams of the same river. Practice is not compartmentalized; it is life itself.
Everything is sādhana.
You will learn to hold space with discernment (viveka) and subtle attunement (sūkṣma)—to see your students clearly, meet the moment truthfully, and serve evolution rather than ego. This is being a true teacher—not performance, but presence. Not authority, but embodiment.
Through the process of our dedicated Sadhana, we engage the purification of form. We do not reject the body—we refine it, so it may serve its deeper function: to express truth, to transmit stillness, to become a mirror of the eternal. You will emerge not only with the tools to guide others, but the inner fire to keep walking the path yourself—with reverence, resilience, and radiant clarity.

Nataraj Chaitanya
Nataraj has led retreats, workshops, kirtans, and has directed yoga and meditation teacher training programs throughout the world for 20 years. After beginning a daily meditation and yoga practice at the age of 13, Nataraj immersed himself in the teachings of yoga and tantra and at the age of 16, began to share these nectarean teachings with his students. He has inspired countless seekers to take up a spiritual practice and has dedicated his life to bringing the wisdom of yoga to everyday life. His love of teaching is evident in the enthusiastic and devotional manner in which he leads his classes. He strives to create environments and experiences where people from all walks of life can directly contact the fullness of their own Being. He is a founding member of Embodied Philosophy, a ground-breaking online yoga philosophy resource and community. In January 2019, he was initiated into Chaitanya Diksha and became a formal initiate of the meditation tradition of Bhagavan Nityananda of Ganeshpuri by Mahamandaleshwar Swami Shankarananda, one of Swami Muktananda’s senior disciples.
Kristian Crowe
Kristian is a fun loving, enthusiastic and dedicated practitioner and teacher who has been deeply immersed in sharing the power of Sādhāna for over a decade. Being introduced to the practice in his teenage years saw the thread of Yoga being intricately woven through the fabric of Kristian’s life. Transitioning from a career in performing arts to a life of sharing the teachings felt like a coming home. Kristian has immersed himself in the teachings of Vedanta through the lens of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Bhakti through the teachings of Sri Shakti Amma and Kashmir Shaivism through the lineage of Baba Muktananda. Kristian’s unique transmission offers seekers a synthesis of wisdom, love and pragmatic integration that uplifts and supports the remembering of our innate wholeness. Kristian is a founding member of Sukha Ashram in Melbourne, Australia, a certified initiator of Vedic Meditation, a custodian of Vedic wisdom and a lover of movement; approaching the body, mind and spirit with deep reverence. Taking these incredible teachings and allowing them to be shared in a way that meets the needs of the time is something Kristian is deeply passionate about.
